Delete your account

You can have your Social Piano account and its data deleted at any time.

Send a deletion request

1Delete in the app

  • Open Social Piano and sign in with your Google account.
  • Go to Settings → General → Delete account.
  • Type your username to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

2Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the app, or in-app deletion is disabled for your account (banned account or an ongoing review), send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" to support@socialpiano.com from the Google email address linked to your account. Include your username or player ID (#XXXXXXXX).

Requests are completed within 30 days and we confirm by email. If a review is ongoing, the deletion is carried out when it ends.

3What is deleted

  • Your profile (username, avatar, bio), friend and block lists.
  • Your scores, level, badges, store items, token and gem balance.
  • Songs you uploaded or published; your room, clan and direct messages are removed from the app.

4What is kept for a limited time

To fight abuse and meet legal obligations, your identity details (email, name, username), messages, IP records and report records are moved to an archive that only administrators can access, and are deleted automatically after 2 years. See the privacy policy for details.
